200th Anniversary Party for Eliza Ridgely's Harp - June 17, 2017
Historic Hampton celebrated the 200th anniversary of the creation of Eliza Ridgely's harp on June 17th. Dozens of people came to enjoy harpist Elaine Bryant's concert in the Orangery. An impressive display cake designed by La Cakerie had images of Eliza Ridgely and the harp on the layers. Our guests enjoyed refreshments after the concert and heard updates concerning the planned harp conservation and Historic Hampton, Inc.'s ongoing fundraising.
