![]() On Saturday, July 14, artist and art therapist Elizabeth Cockey offered a community art workshop called Learn to Paint (Immediately) ! Elizabeth says, “Many adults are afraid to paint because they don’t want to look stupid, or be embarrassed at a first attempt at painting; others have never picked up a brush before or tell me that they're not creative. By demonstrating my simple painting techniques--I can show anyone how to paint and be successful. I have never had anyone fail.” A fun, creative, and productive time was had by all! ![]() Art enrichment campers from Baltimore County Public Schools find creative inspiration at the 18th century Hampton estate. http://articles.baltimoresun.com/2012-07-17/news/ph-tt-visual-arts-camp-0718-20120717_1_visual-arts-camp-arts-and-technology-summer-camp http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/baltimore-county/towson/ph-ppc-ph-tt-visual-arts-ruarka.jpg-20120716,0,4645249.photo |
